We made a concious decision not to provide phone support to our non-commercial customers. This is a decision based 100% on cost. We realize that our non-commercial customers are the most sensitive to cost and providing phone support would nearly double the price of our existing packages. We believe this is unacceptable for the majority of our customers. Those who must have phone support will want to subscribe to a commercial package to obtain phone support.
