 Joe grew up on the eastern edge of tornado alley in Covington, Indiana. After graduating high school he joined the Navy and served on the USS Princeton during the war in Vietnam. Joe used the provisions of the GI bill to obtain a B.S degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University Los Angeles. While serving in the Navy, Joe meet his future wife of 40 years and settled down in Southern California to raise three children.

Joe has a long and successful career in both Finance and Sales. The first 20 years of his career was spent as an accountant and corporate controller primarily in the international shipping and transport business. The last 17 years have been spent working in various sales departments in the IT equipment and IT services industry. He has been primarily responsible for building and managing regional sales teams, increasing revenue in new or poor performing territories and developing new and innovative sales training programs.
